What is PayTo? 

PayTo lets you see and manage your regular payments in the security of your online banking, putting control of your money back in your hands. Using your account number and BSB, we send you an authorisation request for a new mandate. Once you have authorised the PayTo agreement your Citro Card will be linked to your selected bank account ready for you to earn your cashback. 

How to set up with CommBank

Step 1: Open your CommBank Banking app

Step 2: On the home screen under Notifications tap on the “Citro authorisation request”.  Tip: If the request is not there tap the search bar and type “PayTo”. 

Step 3: Tap View agreement 

Step 4: Review agreement & tap “authorise”

Step 5: Enter your banking app pin  

Step 6: Tap “Confirm authorisation”
