What is a CRN and Biller code? 

Most Super Funds allow self contributions into your Super Fund via BPAY. For doing this, they use something known as the Biller code and Customer Reference Number (CRN), or just BPAY Reference.


CRN is a number assigned by your Super Fund to uniquely identify your account. CRN is different for each Super Fund member and no two customers would have same CRNs. Please note that CRN may or may not be the same as your Super Member Number.


 

Biller code & CRN for Colonial First state: 

Step 1:

Find your Colonial First State account number (found in the top right corner of your statement) as the customer reference number preceded with the digit 1. 

Eg. if your account number is 0110 1234 5678 then enter 1011012345678.

  

Step 2: Depending on your account type you will need to select either of the following Biller Codes:
