What is PayTo? 

PayTo lets you see and manage your regular payments in the security of your online banking, putting control of your money back in your hands. Using your account number and BSB, we send you an authorisation request for a new mandate. Once you have authorised the PayTo agreement your Citro Card will be linked to your selected bank account ready for you to earn your cashback. 

How to Accept PayTo with Westpac

Step 1: Open your Westpac Banking app

Step 2:  From your home screen tap on the “Profile” icon (bottom right) 

Step 3: Tap on “Payments” 

Step 4: Tap on “Payment Arrangements” then “PayTo Agreements”

Step 5: Tap on the agreement from Shaype/ Citro, scroll down and tap “Authorise PayTo”

Step 6: Accept the PayTo agreement and SMS complete verification
