Finding your Biller Code & Customer Reference Number (CRN)
Although these steps my not be specific to your fund, we have found these are the most common ways to find your personal contributions BPay Biller details
What is a CRN & Biller Code?
Most Super Funds allow self contributions into your Super Fund via BPAY. For doing this, they use something known as the Biller Code and Customer Reference Number (CRN) or just BPAY Reference.
CRN is a number assigned by your Super Fund to uniquely identify your account. CRN is different for each Super Fund member and no two customers would have same CRNs. Please note that CRN may or may not be the same as your Super Member Number.
Method 1: Contact your Super Fund
Reach out to your Super fund and their support team can assist you with exact steps on locating your BPay Biller Code and CRN
Method 2: Log into your Super Fund's dashboard on the web/mobile app:
Step 1: Login to your Super member account
Step 2: From the home page or under the profile section look for key words such as:
- "Voluntary contributions"
- “Manage your super”
- “Top-up”
- “Add to your super account”
- “Make an after tax contribution online”
- “Make a contribution”
- “BPay”
Step 3: Ensure you select “Personal Contributions” when selecting your Biller code and CRN
Step 4: Fill in the Biller code & CRN on your Citro app 🍊
